The value of dwellings across Australia capital has touched their lowest point since late 2012 according to CoreLogic’s latest Home Value Index, sliding 0.01% in April. The recent low follows a steady decline over the past several months, a comedown from historic heights.
In contrast, the regional property index is pushing higher, representing a reversal of the status quo.
