Declan was great.  He clearly explained the process and what he needed from us.  Vanquish has a simple online portal where everything you need to supply is listed clearly and you can upload it all once in one place and the job is done.  Declan knows what information the banks need and how they want it presented.  He was very responsive and turned everything around quickly.  We had spent weeks engaging with banks, going round and round and making little progress.  Seven days after we contacted Declan we had our loan approved.
